Apple vinegars 		 
 Galletti Apple Vinegar is produced from the juice of first choice apples from the Trento region, grown, picked and pressed according to strict high quality standards.
With care and dedication the apple juice is fermented into cider and then into vinegar. Great attention is paid to preserving intact all the precious tonic characteristics which are traditionally ascribed to this delicate condiment.
