Flavoured wine vinegars 		 
 They are high quality vinegars, obtained from particularly delicate wines, which are then flavoured with infusions of aromatic plants in different times. Sometimes it is also necessary to add some essences obtained from the plant itself. These vinegars have a specific gastronomical use. Moreover, they have a precise taste delivery aim, related to the possibility to gratify the palate, even in the presence of a small quantity of oil in the dressing.
